About the Company

Le Domaine de la Klauss - Relais & Châteaux is a 5-star hotel-spa-restaurant featuring 28 rooms and suites, two restaurants (including a MICHELIN-starred gastronomic restaurant, Le K), and a Spa working exclusively with the Gemology brand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs and maintain data reliability
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and provide information/advice
• Manage reservations via telephone, email, and other platforms
• Handle billing, payments, and daily cash closures
• Communicate with other departments within the estate
• Promote hotel products including the restaurant, boutique, and rooms

Requirements

• Hospitality or tourism training
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Rigor and team spirit
• Fluency in English (indispensable)
• German or Luxembourgish (desirable)
• Excellent presentation and a welcoming attitude
• Minimum of one first experience in reception/hospitality
• Experience with Asterio software (appreciated)
