About the role

About the Company

Le Carlina is a classic and refined luxury chalet hotel located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional mountain views, a gourmet restaurant, and high-end wellness facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and escort them to their rooms
  • Handle administrative procedures including check-in, check-out, billing, and reservation controls
  • Present the various hotel services to guests
  • Provide information on local activities in collaboration with the concierge
  • Manage email correspondence
  • Handle cash drawer management
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the reception area
  • Manage the telephone switchboard

Requirements

  • Minimum successful experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus
  • Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
