About the role
About the Company
Le Carlina is a classic and refined luxury chalet hotel located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional mountain views, a gourmet restaurant, and high-end wellness facilities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and escort them to their rooms
- Handle administrative procedures including check-in, check-out, billing, and reservation controls
- Present the various hotel services to guests
- Provide information on local activities in collaboration with the concierge
- Manage email correspondence
- Handle cash drawer management
- Ensure the cleanliness of the reception area
- Manage the telephone switchboard
Requirements
- Minimum successful experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Proficiency in English
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
- Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
