About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and route incoming telephone calls within the company
- Greet, direct, and provide information to visitors, clients, and suppliers
- Register visitors, manage health and safety (SST) training follow-ups, and distribute required safety equipment
- Maintain sufficient inventory of SST equipment at the reception desk
- Update telephone lists and other tools regularly to ensure efficient response times
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and business card orders via SAP Ariba
- Handle room reservations and provide administrative support for meeting rooms
- Manage UPS shipments and provide tracking numbers to requesters
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and office plants
- Provide occasional support to customer service and telesales teams
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows environments
- Welcoming personality with a strong focus on professional customer service
- Strong initiative and interpersonal skills
