About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for members, greeting and welcoming them according to established procedures
  • Handle member check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Manage and input reservations within the system
  • Answer telephone inquiries and assist with reservation requests
  • Resolve member queries and provide high-quality customer service
  • Work a 40-hour week across a rotating shift pattern (either 6:45am–3:15pm or 2:45pm–11:15pm)

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a hotel or club reception environment
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with reservation systems and professional telephone handling
