About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for members, greeting and welcoming them according to established procedures
- Handle member check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage and input reservations within the system
- Answer telephone inquiries and assist with reservation requests
- Resolve member queries and provide high-quality customer service
- Work a 40-hour week across a rotating shift pattern (either 6:45am–3:15pm or 2:45pm–11:15pm)
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a hotel or club reception environment
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Experience with reservation systems and professional telephone handling
