About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception desk for a high-profile private members club
  • Provide exceptional service to members, guests, and colleagues
  • Handle administrative tasks with high attention to detail
  • Multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with club members and management

Requirements

  • Substantial experience working in a busy reception environment
  • Proven experience in a 5-star setting, such as a boutique hotel or private club
  • Excellent communication skills and a well-spoken manner
  • Professional presentation and grooming standards
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work evening and night shifts (e.g., 3-11pm, 5-1am, 6-2am, or 7-3am)
  • Availability to work 5 out of 6 days, Monday through Saturday
