About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally and courteously
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and handle inquiries
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
- Support departments with clerical tasks and administrative assistance
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments and assist in organizing meetings or events
- Respond promptly to email inquiries and relay messages effectively
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service-oriented with a professional appearance and a positive attitude
