Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house visitor experience, including sign-ins, visitor passes, and host notifications
- Maintain visitor schedules and send pre-arrival communications to VIPs, investors, and customers
- Oversee mail, packages, and courier coordination
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and AV troubleshooting
- Ensure meeting rooms are reset and tidy between sessions
- Coordinate physical day-one experiences for new starters, including desk setup and building access
- Manage building access cards and security pass deactivation
- Maintain internal office signage and wayfinding
Requirements
- Experience in front-of-house, reception, administration, or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Warm and confident communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
