About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage meeting room bookings and office calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
