Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional reception service and ensure excellent patient care

  • Answer telephones, make appointments, and collect patient charges
  • Maintain reception cleanliness standards
  • Manage appointment books to maximize surgery utilization and clinician productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidance

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a customer or patient-focused reception environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic with an appetite to learn and develop new skills
  • Experience in a general practice environment is desirable
