About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Greet visitors, manage building registration, arrange access cards, and guide guests to meeting rooms
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area throughout the day
  • Manage office and kitchen supplies by performing regular stock checks and reordering items
  • Coordinate couriers and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including post and packages
  • Support the Finance team by uploading, tracking, and reconciling company card transactions
  • Assist with business travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings
  • Provide general administrative support and maintain organized office documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role
  • Confidence interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Experience with travel and hotel booking processes
