Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Reception and care of patients, visitors, and relatives
• Providing information and forwarding inquiries to relevant departments
• Handling and routing telephone calls
• Administrative tasks and documentation
• Supporting process coordination and information flow between departments
• Obtaining contracts for patient admission

Requirements

• Completed training in commercial, healthcare, or a comparable field
• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and good communication skills
• Organizational talent and reliable way of working
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Proficient use of common IT systems
• Discretion and empathy when dealing with patients
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
