About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors immediately upon arrival and offer refreshments where applicable
- Professionally handle all incoming phone calls, routing them or answering questions in a timely manner
- Manage appointment books for doctors, beauty services, and barber services
- Act as a concierge for residents by assisting with taxi calls, telephone/cable issues, and newspaper deliveries
- Maintain a clean, neat, and clutter-free lobby area
- Provide support for various computer processing duties as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred
- Expert knowledge of telephone systems with the ability to teach others
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in computer processing and general office tasks
