About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors immediately upon arrival and offer refreshments where applicable
- Professionally handle all incoming phone calls, routing them or answering questions in a timely manner
- Manage appointment books for doctors, beauty services, and barbers
- Act as a concierge for residents by assisting with taxi calls, telephone/cable issues, and newspaper deliveries
- Maintain a clean, neat, and clutter-free lobby area
- Provide support for various computer processing duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred
- Expert knowledge of telephone systems with the ability to teach others
- Ability to work the following schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday 4:30pm–7:30pm, Friday 2:00pm–7:30pm
- Availability to work weekends as needed
