Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-in and check-out processes under LQA quality standards
• Act as the direct personal contact for guests during their stay
• Manage guest requirements, requests, and complaints
• Provide information regarding hotel services, rates, and availability
• Assign and reassign rooms in coordination with supervisors
• Manage cash functions including balancing, currency exchange, and refunds
• Coordinate amenities and guest relations courtesies
• Handle telephone calls, correspondence, and guest packages
• Support outlet billing and maintain necessary supplies

Requirements

• Technical or professional degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Administration
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Concierge in high-end hotels
• Advanced English proficiency and intermediate level in a third language
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and billing processes
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
