About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome, assist, and provide information to clients via telephone and front desk
- Handle check-in, check-out, and reservation formalities following group standards
- Anticipate and meet client needs throughout their stay
- Manage and prepare reservations in collaboration with the central reservation office
- Control payment methods and handle billing and collection during client departure
Requirements
- Hospitality training (Bac / BTS Hôtellerie preferred)
- Experience in a similar role or 2 years in 4* or 5* hotels
- Fluent English is required
- Strong sense of service, reliability, and availability
- Good presentation, discretion, and rigor
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in another foreign language
- Knowledge of OPERA hotel software
