About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome, inform, and assist guests throughout their stay
- Manage administrative tasks including check-in, check-out, room assignment, and billing
- Coordinate guest requests with various hotel departments
- Manage front office operations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and guest satisfaction by handling complaints professionally
Requirements
- BTS Tourism degree or Hotel School diploma
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Impeccable presentation and adherence to company uniform standards
