About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the quality of the welcome service offered to our clientele
- Coordinate with accommodation services for guest arrival, stay monitoring, and departure
- Handle telephone and physical reception of guests
- Manage invoice payments during guest departures in accordance with hotel standards
- Ensure guest well-being and provide concierge-style assistance to create an unforgettable experience
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude
- Mandatory fluency in English
- Knowledge of Opéra Cloud software is appreciated
- Ability to work in an apprenticeship (alternance) format
