About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the quality of the welcome service offered to our clientele
  • Coordinate with accommodation services for guest arrival, stay monitoring, and departure
  • Handle telephone and physical reception of guests
  • Manage invoice payments during guest departures in accordance with hotel standards
  • Ensure guest well-being and provide concierge-style assistance to create an unforgettable experience

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude
  • Mandatory fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Opéra Cloud software is appreciated
  • Ability to work in an apprenticeship (alternance) format
