Responsibilities
- Guarantee high-quality guest reception and customer service
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding hotel life
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs following professional hotel procedures
- Maintain excellent client relationships with confidentiality and discretion
- Promote the establishment's products and services
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments
- Control the cash drawer and process payments
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-end luxury establishment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy
- Ability to adapt to diverse situations and high-profile clientele
- Professionalism, elegance, and a positive attitude
