About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure reception permanence and welcome guests (check-in and check-out)
- Perform daily closing procedures
- Answer telephone calls
- Manage customer requests by providing accurate information on services and activities
- Manage incoming emails and messages
Requirements
- Successful first experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel establishment
- Mastery of front office techniques for luxury establishments
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Minimum B1 level in English
- Knowledge of Opéra Cloud is preferred
- Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in a second foreign language
