About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility upkeep, housekeeping, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage reception activities, including handling couriers and maintaining attendance records.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for employees and visitors, including domestic and overseas travel, VISA, and Forex requirements.
- Organize company events, conferences, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage procurement of materials, consumables, and gifts for employees and customers while ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Handle administrative data entry, including QHSE records and internal phone directories.
- Support project management tasks related to office openings, movements, or closures.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in office administration and travel management.
- Proven experience managing travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and executional skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
