About the role
Responsibilities
- Accompany guests throughout their entire stay, from reservation to departure
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by embodying the "Heartist" spirit
- Apply group and hotel procedures and policies consistently
- Participate in hotel projects, including loyalty programs and guest animations
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in English (a second language is a plus)
- A strong passion for customer service and hospitality
- High attention to detail regarding guest needs and expectations
- Dynamic, smiling personality with a team-player attitude
- Ability to be versatile and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Previous experience in a reception role is a plus, but enthusiasm is key
