About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage guest arrivals and departures following standard procedures
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and telephone calls promptly
- Ensure accurate billing, financial transactions, and daily reporting
- Support night reception tasks and maintain desk presentation
- Monitor guest safety, report maintenance issues, and assist crisis/fire team duties
Requirements
- Positive, friendly, and responsive attitude
- Previous hotel or similar experience preferred
- Confidence working independently, especially at night
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented approach with a passion for hospitality
