About the role
Responsibilities
- Accompany guests throughout their entire journey, from initial reservation to departure
- Ensure a memorable and personalized experience for every guest
- Act as a guarantor for all operational procedures and hotel standards
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest stay
- Participate in hotel loyalty and quality projects (ACDC, ALL)
Requirements
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Professional proficiency in English
- Knowledge of FOLS software is a plus
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus
