About the role

Responsibilities

  • Accompany guests throughout their entire journey, from initial reservation to departure
  • Ensure a memorable and personalized experience for every guest
  • Act as a guarantor for all operational procedures and hotel standards
  • Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest stay
  • Participate in hotel loyalty and quality projects (ACDC, ALL)

Requirements

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of FOLS software is a plus
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus
