About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and orient guests both in person and via telephone
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including billing and payments
- Handle special guest requests and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Manage the cash drawer and perform daily administrative reception tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain high service quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in the hotel industry
- Proficiency in Opera or equivalent property management software
- Mandatory fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus
