About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional reception services, including answering telephones and greeting clients and visitors.
  • Manage the reception area, visitor sign-in processes, and office noticeboards.
  • Maintain kitchen areas and meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and prepared for functions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing company mail and order office, cafeteria, and cleaning supplies.
  • Liaise with IT, suppliers, building service contractors, and property managers for maintenance and consumables.
  • Coordinate office vehicle bookings, maintenance, registrations, and usage reporting.
  • Manage office security access systems and maintain the office assets and equipment register.
  • Act as the Office Safety Environmental Co-ordinator (OSEC), assisting with hazard identification and HSSE inspections.
  • Support office-wide meetings by arranging catering, room bookings, and digital calendar invites.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in reception, facilities management, and administrative roles.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong ability to prioritize workload effectively in a professional environment.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
