Reception & Visitor Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Welcome, serve, and guide visitors, partners, and suppliers with professionalism
• Manage visitor entry processes, including data entry and issuing access cards
• Notify relevant departments of visitor arrivals and coordinate access
• Manage the switchboard, handle incoming calls, and provide information
• Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail and parcels
• Maintain the reception area and provide hospitality (coffee, water, etc.)
• Implement access control procedures and adhere to company security rules
• Cover entrance gate operations when required due to staff leave or emergencies
• Collaborate with security personnel and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and internal company regulations
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Management as needed

Requirements

• Active Private Security license
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or security is a plus
• Professional appearance and customer-centric approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
