Reception Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily resourcing, including call-outs, roamer shifts, and employee work schedules
• Coach and develop the Roamer Team to ensure high-quality customer service and professional growth
• Oversee metrics, SLAs, and roamer dispatch to meet or exceed operational standards
• Establish escalation protocols and serve as a subject matter expert for building operations
• Manage performance by setting clear expectations, evaluating goals, and conducting hiring or disciplinary discussions
• Collaborate with vendors on procurement and ensure service level agreements are met
• Act as a liaison between Northwest Center, Amazon, and other vendors to ensure continuity across campus locations

Requirements

• Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
• Robust customer service or administrative support experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with crowd or security management systems (e.g., Lenel, Right Crowd)
