Responsibilities
- Welcome guests via telephone and in person at the hotel
- Perform guest check-ins and manage loyalty programs
- Process payments for stays and prepare debtor invoices
- Maintain statistics and information for other departments
- Handle room reservations
- Inform guests about stay conditions, formalities, and hotel services
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules
- Guarantee the quality of service provided to guests
