About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide physical and telephone reception for both the hotel and the restaurant
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and provide expert advice
- Manage invoicing and payment processing
- Handle reservation emails and correspondence
- Assist with the setup and management of the boutique
- Support the general needs of the service department
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of organization and ability to manage priorities
- Proven experience in customer service
- Fluency in English is essential
- Dynamic, professional, and discreet demeanor with a strong sense of service
