About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception activities to ensure excellence in customer service and unit performance
  • Plan, administer, and coordinate area activities, including defining routines and guest approach techniques
  • Coordinate hotel occupancy and guide the Reservations Supervisor or Assistant
  • Participate in annual budget preparation and control actual vs. budgeted costs
  • Define tariff grids, commercial agreements, and propose promotional packages
  • Mediate conflicts and intervene in critical or atypical guest situations
  • Manage the team, including selection, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling
  • Ensure the supply of materials and equipment for service execution

Requirements

  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a compatible field
  • Knowledge of internal reception procedures and hotel area interfaces
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to work in a team
