Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service including guest welcoming, check-in/check-out, handling requests, and payment processing
- Offer personalized hospitality tailored to each individual guest
- Provide information regarding hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest stay (upselling)
- Ensure a comfortable and memorable stay experience for all guests
Requirements
- Passion for interacting with people
- Ability to treat guests and colleagues with a spirit of hospitality
- Native-level Japanese language skills
- Comfortable providing customer service in English
- Ability to work night shifts
