About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-in and check-out processes
- Manage reservations and provide customer service and tourist information
- Conduct night audits and daily billing controls
- Provide exceptional service and resolve customer issues
- Support breakfast and bar services when necessary
- Work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
Requirements
