Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and telephone customer service
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Communicate with clients via email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms
  • Follow up on incidents and coordinate daily operations
  • Perform basic administrative management
  • Supervise apartment status and follow internal procedures
  • Support social media (Instagram), Canva, and basic video content creation

Requirements

  • High level of English
  • French language skills (valued)
  • Experience in a similar role (valued)
  • Organized and responsible personality
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, Canva, and simple video editing
