About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming attention to visitors and direct them to the appropriate areas
- Manage telephone communications, including answering calls, transferring, and taking messages
- Perform administrative tasks such as handling correspondence and filing documents
- Process texts and create credentials for new employees
- Manage email communications and redirect inquiries to the correct personnel
- Maintain accurate records of building access and visitor entries/exits
Requirements
- Completed high school education (Bachillerato concluido)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
