Receiving Team Leader CSO Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Lead the receiving team by delegating and distributing daily tasks to team members
• Compile and present daily production reports to management
• Enforce strict compliance with company safety regulations and ISO 14001 standards
• Ensure WIP delinquent reports are processed daily to improve warehouse efficiency
• Manage daily production readiness and effectiveness of work group meetings
• Implement and maintain process capability and 5’s methodologies
• Support SQDCME objectives and maintain daily checks on PMHVs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives regarding safety and quality

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an automotive environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes
• Proven skills in planning, organizing, and problem-solving
• Ability to collaborate, work in teams, and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• National Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Valid Forklift Driver's License
• Previous experience with the Panda system
