Receiving Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving operations and manage inventory control and supply processes.
• Oversee shipment documentation and ensure accuracy in all receiving logs.
• Implement and maintain 5S methodology within the warehouse and receiving areas.
• Manage unionized personnel and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate import and export processes related to incoming goods.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain efficient supply chain workflows.

Requirements

• Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (Degree and professional license required).
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of inventory control, supply management, and shipment documentation.
• Proficiency in 5S methodology and import/export procedures.
• Experience managing unionized personnel.
• Proficiency in English and Office/GSuite (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
• Availability for flexible schedules and travel.
