About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system
- Organize inventory and process weekly pallets
- Process damaged or defective products for return to the Fulfillment Center
- Report inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Control Team
- Maintain store presentation, including housekeeping, merchandising, and proper signage
- Ensure adequate stock levels and appropriate shelf placement according to planograms
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong computer acumen, writing, and math skills for inventory and cash management
- Experience with POS systems, specifically RetailPro
- Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Motorcycle riding experience or general knowledge of the industry
- Interest in the powersports community
