Receiving Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials into the ERP system and ensure delivery to proper storage
• Collect shop supplies and materials to maintain production flow, including driving to various locations
• Assist with parts cage duties, forklift operation, unloading trucks, and organizing materials
• Conduct daily inspections of the barn and lot area to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Scan production floor to relocate items to proper storage areas
• Provide cross-functional support for receiving, kitting, or inventory roles as needed

Requirements

• High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
• Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 or more hours daily
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug/alcohol testing
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive position

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Forklift Operator
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
