Receiving Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving packages at the dock and verifying shipments
• Allocate products to correct locations and ensure accurate labeling
• Record incoming inventory in systems like NetSuite and HighJump
• Maintain organized documentation for shipments and inventory updates
• Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits
• Take high-quality pictures of packages for documentation
• Support various departments including inventory, shipping, and quality control
• Communicate with team members and vendors to resolve inventory issues

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and basic data entry skills
• Ability to lift, move, and organize products of varying weights
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs
