Receiving Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving packages at the dock and verifying shipments
• Allocate products to correct warehouse locations and ensure accurate labeling
• Record incoming inventory accurately in systems such as NetSuite or HighJump
• Maintain organized documentation for shipments, receipts, and inventory updates
• Support various departments including inventory, shipping, and quality control
• Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits
• Take high-quality photos of packages for documentation and tracking
• Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic data entry
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize products of varying weights
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required
