Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Manager, Procurement and warehouse leadership to ensure non-inventory purchase order receiving processes are executed according to best practices
• Manage workflow of material receipt and material put-away of non-inventory items according to warehouse storage requirements
• Record non-inventory material receipts with count accuracy and communicate status to Operations stakeholders
• Perform and record weekly non-inventory material level counts of all procurement items
• Organize delivery staging areas for all non-inventory good deliveries
• Manage vendor communication regarding delivery dock hours and execute corrective actions for non-compliant vendors
• Partner with Safety/Security team to ensure safe housekeeping of packages
• Escalate supply risks for office and warehouse goods to Procurement Senior Manager
• Update non-inventory planner weekly based on production to ensure correct days-on-hand levels

Requirements

• Familiarity working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to operate warehouse software
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency
• Ability to collect and organize data
• Capability to make decisions independently
• Fork-Lift Certification strongly requested
