Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments, including unloading equipment containers and processing parcel and LTL deliveries
• Verify inventory by comparing shipment details against bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or damages in incoming goods and communicate findings to leadership
• Organize and store equipment and parts in designated locations to maintain warehouse efficiency
• Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts, audits, and stock checks
• Collaborate with internal departments and support high-volume periods through cross-training
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in both warehouse and outdoor yard environments
• Adhere to all safety protocols and properly utilize required PPE

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years of industrial shipping experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating sit-down forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work in both warehouse and outdoor yard conditions, including varying weather
• Organized, dependable, and proactive mindset
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
