About the role
Responsibilities
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying counts and quality against paperwork
- Securely package and wrap products to prevent damage during transit
- Verify paperwork accuracy using ERP to ensure correct quantity and parts
- Generate accurate bills of lading and maintain organized shipping documentation
- Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials and equipment
- Perform inventory stock spot checks and participate in end-of-month inventory
- Load and unload trailers and perform local deliveries using company vehicles
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and aisles
- Assist in assembly or production processes when needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs
- Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks for up to 12 hours a day
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, and twist for prolonged periods
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience
- Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics
