About the role
Responsibilities
- Record, monitor, and reconcile customer receivables transactions
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain updated customer statements
- Assist in preparing receivables aging reports and monthly reconciliations
- Support the senior accountant in audits and financial closing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of proven experience in receivables accounting
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills for customer follow-up
