Rebate Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform volume rebate and commission entries in required systems according to commercial contracts
• Manage account reconciliations for rebate and commission accounts
• Handle volume rebate calculation reporting, stewardship preparation, and follow-up
• Support agreement settlements and final adjustment proposals based on sales management guidance
• Conduct mid-cycle checks and coordinate with the invoicing team for settlements and credit note creation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce
• 3-10 years of relevant experience as a rebate specialist
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP OTC
• Hands-on experience in Order to Cash (OTC) processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented capabilities
• Proven ability to demonstrate process excellence and take ownership
