Realty Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare recommendations and policy proposals regarding land acquisition and real property development
• Work with leadership on short and long-range planning for space requirements
• Assist in the administration of projects related to acquisition, construction, and management of real property
• Serve as a liaison with GSA, military, and state/local agencies
• Develop housing plans, briefing documents, and point papers
• Research and evaluate work activities to monitor and manage projects
• Perform cost and price analyses for lease realty projects
• Provide strategic business support during lease procurement and space delivery

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• High School Diploma
• Three years of specialized experience in real estate acquisitions and federal real estate project management
• Secret Security Clearance
• PMP certification (required within 12 months of hiring)
• Experience in lease acquisition, policy development, and project management
• Knowledge of real estate principles, plat mapping, and legal descriptions
