Real Time Graphics Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of real-time artists, conducting performance reviews and career development
• Manage resource allocation and task assignments using project management tools
• Provide creative direction and quality control to ensure high visual standards
• Design and build complex 3D models, textures, and cinematic lighting for real-time environments
• Architect real-time scenes using Vizrt and Unreal Engine, ensuring optimization for live broadcast
• Build interactive logic and procedural systems using Blueprints and scripting
• Establish and maintain robust production pipelines between DCC tools and real-time engines

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in 3D and real-time production
• 4+ years of experience in sports and entertainment markets
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proficiency in Vizrt and Unreal Engine
• Expertise in DCC tools including Maya, 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Advanced knowledge of Substance Painter/Designer and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong scripting skills in VB Script, HTML5, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Deep understanding of real-time rendering pipelines and GPU optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ross Xpression, Pixotope, or Zero Density
• Knowledge of Python or C++ for engine customization
• Experience with version control systems like Perforce or Git
• Understanding of large-scale display technologies like LED Video Walls
