Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Set qualified appointments for real estate brokers and developers
• Source new leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, and other online communities
• Generate inquiries by posting and engaging on Reddit, Quora, Threads, and similar platforms
• Conduct outbound outreach through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
• Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Update and maintain accurate lead records within GHL
• Assist in managing lead pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with clients to improve lead generation and conversion strategies

Requirements

• Previous experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, and appointment setting
• Basic working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience using social platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Quora, Threads) for lead generation
• Ability to work Dubai business hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM GST)
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup

• Experience in real estate, property sales, or a related industry
