Real Estate Videographer/Photographer

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of luxury real estate properties, focusing on architectural features and interior design.
• Produce immersive virtual tours, property walk-throughs, and engaging highlight reels.
• Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content using advanced post-production techniques like color grading and sound mixing.
• Design visually appealing marketing assets, including property brochures, social media posts, and online advertisements.
• Provide creative direction for shoots to ensure visual storytelling resonates with high-end clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across all digital and print assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate videography, photography, and graphic design, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio showcasing architectural, real estate, or luxury lifestyle content.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
