Responsibilities

• Real estate property valuation for residential and commercial projects
• Collecting and systematizing property value information and conducting market analysis
• Collaborating with the valuer and improving professional qualifications (for assistant roles)

Requirements

• Valid real estate valuer or assistant valuer qualification certificate in Lithuania
• Responsible and detail-oriented personality
• Category B driver's license
• Proficiency in English (preferred)
